Wow it must be getting chilly in Dante's Inferno.  ABC is actually reporting facts for once instead of fear and hysteria.  But the best quote of the article is certainly this one...

Since when?  It seems like most new agencies are more concerned about drumming up fear through one sided "guns and gun owners are evil killers" stories.  I hope this is a trend that continues although I'm cynical of such things.

Holy cow, that was so progun I had to double check the source to make sure it really was TV station.


Don't forget though, this was written over a year ago (4.20.08).

I will take it where I can get it.  Just remember, that was not from some small news outlet.  That episode aired to the Cincinnati area.  Getting the word out is the most important thing.

I dont believe it.  It only took hundreds of innocents being slaughtered for these morons to finally figure it out.  Now lets see how long it takes these idiots to do something about it.  DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH... Roll Eyes

This topic was discussed on the ProArms podcast (#27) a while back.  Mas interviewed Ron Borsch of SEALE, who was mentioned as a source in this article.  He is a proponent of the first officer on the scene entering, searching, and engaging the suspect.  Go back and listen, good stuff!
