Hello my Friends,

First of all I just want to Thank Mark for the greatest thing he has done to protect YOUR gun rights. Giving you the ability to become a NRA Life member and an Endowment member for far below what the NRA asks for.

I became an NRA Life Member with Mark's help!!!!!! I am very proud of the fact I am now a Life Member!

The greatest scam is the one you will pull on yourself for not becoming a member of any sort with the NRA.

I believe what Mark and Tom says, "Get off the wagon, and help the rest of us pull!!"

Peace be with you all in these dark days.

I have said this before (and will probably say it again): many, many thanks to Mark and the GRRN team! One year ago I owned one handgun (a scoped .44  Ruger Super Red Hawk - strictly for hunting) and had a nebulously positive feeling towards the NRA. About nine months ago, I searched iTunes for anything interesting looking ... ended up looking for gun or hunting podcasts and found Doc Wesson - and from there the rest of the podcasters and this forum. Today, I sit in my office typing on my computer with a Kimber 1911 on my hip, a Concealed Carry License in my wallet, and a NRA endowment membership packet on its way. It has been a great year!

It's official we have now sent $15,000 to the National Rifle Association for life memberships. Tomorrow (March 25, 2009)will be the last day I will be accepting PayPal payments for life memberships. Maybe if everyone steps it up a little bit we can hit $20,000 before the end of tomorrow.

Hurry up, guys, and sign up today!!  This is legit - Mark is not a scammer and he is not making a profit off of this.  Today is the last day, so don't miss out on this opportunity!

Mark,

I just sent mine in and I had a co-worker do the same earlier today.  Hopefully I made it in under the wire.

Mark even though I did not make the cutoff (due to unforeseen circumstances), I would like to say thank you for what you offered to the community. Keep up the great work...

After transferring nearly $20,000 to the National Rifle Association, and being limited to $900 a day because of PayPal. Now they have found it in their heart to give me an unlimited withdrawal limit now on my account.

What does this mean? I am now able to submit as many applications for life memberships in the last couple days before the NRA shuts down the discounted membership.

March 31 is the definite deadline, I will now do them until 9 PM Eastern Time on March 31, 2009

Heckuva deal guys! Jump on this while you still can. I've been notifying my friends and family left and right about this opportunity. Looking forward to getting my info in the mail and calling myself an "NRA Lifetime MEMBER!!!"

Which is the best NRA magazine? I know it is a matter of opinion, but if you can provide a brief overview, that would be great. I am mainly into handguns, but I am always interested in the new offerings from the various firearms manufacturers.

Thanks for your feedback!

I thought I missed this great opportunity after listening to the 3/21 podcast yesterday that the deadline was 3/25. What a sigh of relief that I made it. Looking forward to being a NRA Life Member. Years ago I already made up my mind on becoming a Life Member that's why I signed up for the Easy Pay Plan but somehow did not continue after about 2 years paying. I signed up again and have already made 2 payments. $350 is still much more manageable than $1000. Mark, thank you so much for this opportunity.

I currently get American Rifleman and my wife gets America's First Freedom.  If you want to stay up to date on the Political side then get AFF, but you will find that the major political stories are in both.  I ended up choosing AR.  I wish that the NRA would make a personal defense/ccw focused magazine for it's members.  I am not a hunter but am interested in defensive use of firearms as well as recreational use.

Thanks for your response... I chose American Rifleman after visiting the AR site... A NRA sponsored personal defense/ccw magazine would be awesome.

Hey Mark,

I tried to convert my EPL membership to the Life membership special rate, but the NRA membership service told me that someone in my family had to be a Life member already who could gift a Life membership to another family member at the $300 special rate. Does that sound right to you? I had read on the forum that EPL members could convert at the special rate during this period. Is there anything that can be done? Thanks!
