Have never attended and probably never will because it's on the West Coast. I really don't see much value in it. From everything I hear from other podcasters is all it is is nothing but people trying to sell you the new latest and greatest podcasting moneymaker. And then in the evening its party party party. I think it's more of a social thing then anything of value. Just my opinion.

Most of everything that you need to know about podcasting is already online. There are even podcasts about podcasting. But for the most part podcasting is so simple almost anyone can do it with a little technical ability.

Thanks Mark,

That's what I was hoping, I keep getting emails from them and I am tempted to want to go but I have been to seminars before where all they want to do is sell you expensive stuff. Since I am so new at this I thought that it might be helpful thanks for talking me out of it.

Mark, was it you or some other podcaster who I recall casting about going to something like that, but closer?

If anyone knows of any other podcasting seminars worth going to I would love to know about it.
