Alex I've listen to this podcast a number of times, very good (as is typical) and read a number of articles.
One note worthy by (zonealarms) Jordy Berson's  Blog Do-it-yourself identity theft protection.
Which got me to roll my own ID theft lock down.  I setup a fraud alerts with each reporting service, after refreshing my credit card numbers and picking up one extra card to keep at home.   Do you think I still need a 'service', won't the fruad alerts lock out anyone trying to use my soc# and it's credit score history to open new lines of credit or make a single purchase?

The reason I am posting this is I may be missing some other aspect of ID theft and may still be open to attack.
