Just watched the video. Thanks for putting it up on the site. It is as evenhanded as anything I have ever seen on "mainstream" (e.g. only slightly left of left-wing) media. I would recommend any one who has not seen this taking a peek. I am guessing that most of the rank and file gun-grabbers are like this lady, afraid of all the wrong people for all the wrong reasons. But given some exposure was left feeling like maybe a world with out guns (except for police and army) was a unrealistic goal.

Hey Doc,

Thanks for putting up the stream to Gun Nation Video. I think it is a great examination of the fears that individuals, especially those who live in big cities like Chicago, have towards gun rights and gun ownership in general. For me, like Pia Lalli in the Gun Nation episode, accepting gun rights as a right to self defense is a continuing process of discovery, learning, and use of a firearm.
