Gun Tests & all 3 NRA mags (signed up the kids for memberships last year). I let Guns & Ammo expire this year without a renewal. I didn't like all the ads and I found that I could get all the useful info in other places.

Friend at work today let me read his most recent issue of Field & Stream. Thinking about getting a subscription to it again. A lot of interesting articles including, guns, hunting, fishing, camping, and gear. I like the variety

Nice collection, CF!
I, too, get Cowboy Chronicle. And I use to get Guns of the Old West, but found them too dull and gave up. American Rifleman is part of my lifer position. I actually PAY for American Handgunner, which I think is one of the best handgun mags out there. Beautiful pics, too. Nice monthly give-away. And interesting columns.
Imprimis comes when it feels like - but not on any regular basis. Probably because I actually sent them some money, so now I'm a chump.
Quit Aviation Week a long time ago. The old editor was fabulous - they had all kinds of Soviet stuff that no one knew anything about. Even caught administrations with their pants down a few times. New stuff is way too tame - kind of corporate fluff.
Blue Press?!?!?! That's just advertisement. Like Brownell's, Midway, and Sinclair. Fun stuff to page through, but hardly a mag.

Hrm, my collection is a little different than most here: Free with memberships: - American Hunter (NRA)
- American Rifleman (NRA)
- America's First Freedom (NRA)
- The Firing Line (CRPA)
Concealed Carry Magazine Tricycle Black Belt Tae Kwon Do Times (I write for them) Classical Fighting Arts Journal of Asian Martial Arts Men's Health Wow, I didn't realize there were so many! My wife gets People and Everyday Foods. She used to have many others, but switched to the online versions. She even gets her People magazine now on her iPad. The iPad application for People is really impressive (much better than the print edition ever was).

Mark, The new editor at Field & Stream is Slaton White, who is also the editor at SHOT Business (NSSF) whom I work with as one of his Contributing Editors. He's a sharp guy, veteran editor, and a knowledgeable outdoorsman. He was the F&S editor in years past... did a fine job then... and will do a good job now. There is a new editorial direction at F&S (as well as Outdoor Life) which are both owned by the same parent company (Bonnier Corporation) and they are expanding more into recreational shooting, while keeping traditional hunting/fishing/camping subject matter. I think you might enjoy F&S. Chris Christian

Thanks for information Chris, on Field & Stream's website they had a great offer for a two-year subscription for only $15 and then offered me an additional year after I submitted the order for another $5. So my total was three years for $20. excellent value

None...no paper. Newspaper, magazines, books, etc. It's all online or on the iPad now. I still do love to pull out some of the old books (like the one's by Mas!). Magazines? I prefer to read them online.

Not counting the entertainment and gossip mags my wife gets, I get quite a few to keep my law office lobby stocked-if I remember correctly: American Handgunner Guns Guns & Ammo Handloader American Rifleman First Freedom concealed Carry Magazine Combat Handguns (don't subscribe, but buy it on newsstand every month) there's one more but I'm drawing a blank.
My office lobby table is kind of funny looking: one side has all these gun rags, and the other side is Entertainment Weekly, US, Vogue, and some other womans stuff that my wife gets.
Bill

America Rifleman Concealed Carry Magazine - both of which get donated to the pile at workEvery now and then I'll grab an issue of SWAT off the newsstand. Maybe a car or motorcycle rag. Otherwise I'm all digital, with Wired being among my favorites. I look at my mailbox as a to-do list, and the less in there, the better.

The only reason Eric buys SWAT magazine is because he lost his Flyswatter in the last move. I myself can't read, so I just look at the purty pictures, honest. Biker

I'm also in the "none" category. I've had a lot of subscriptions over the years, many previously mentioned. I'll occasionally buy off the newsstand now, but everything is online. I haven't read a book in years, the Ipod has spoiled me to listening. I just wish some of these gun books were in audiobook format.

Six
Guns and American Handgunner -- I like these two because I think they have the best writers in the biz and I like their irreverent style American Rifleman and Shooting Illustrated -- as a result of my NRA membership Small Arms Review -- covers military and FA guns Shotgun News
All others are just rehashes of the same articles. I'll try them when I get a "deal" notice but rarely do I re-up when they come due.
