Not to put too fine of a point on it, but most every armed citizen
needs to take this course.
It's a primer on preparing to survive a violent encounter; before, during, and especially after the incident. In 20 or so hours, Mas cuts through the fog of ignorance, preconceptions, misinformation, range lawyers, interwebs ninjas, and gawd forbid, anything ever uttered in a gun-store. He provides a structured approach to dealing with what almost certainly will be a life changing event, regardless of the immediate outcome. The practical, reasoned advice of one who has truly "seen the elephant" is invaluable.
As an aside: Mas, Gail and Alex are all extremely personable, friendly, and involved in presenting a superior education. Mas burns with an intensity reinforcing the critical nature of his teachings. Alex is literally a larger than life presence. And Gail -- is even more terrifying in person. I quietly asked if she had brought her bayonet. She said "no" with a smirk that clearly said; "I wouldn't need it for you, fat boy."
I sincerely urge every gun owner to take this necessary training.
My thanks again to Mas, Gail, and Alex for the great opportunity.
