Clarification: gun show sales

Related to a comment you made (I think in the latest podcast), it is not unlawful for one individual to sell a firearm to another individual, AS LONG AS neither is a felon!!  I think what the Bloomberg stunt was trying to show is that background checks are not required and, therefore, a person might sell a firearm to a felon.  As you pointed out, if you require a CHL before the sale, you can (usually) avoid this mistake.

That's why I require a CHL.  Thanks for the clarification.  Bloomberg needs to worry more about what's going on in New York City rather than in Arizona at gun shows.
