Chrome to Phone Extension is something similar to the post that I made about Read It Later. If you remember read it later allowed you to tag stories in your web browser that you and you could read on your android phone.
Chrome to Phone Extension requires a program on both ends. One is a plug-in for your Google Chrome browser and the other is a application for your phone. Chrome to Phone Extension allows you to click a button in your chrome web browser and instantly send that address to your default browser on your phone. The difference between the two applications is fast read it later only sends you say a blog post text to read. But Chrome to Phone Extension send you the whole web address to your default web browser.
So let's say you're researching something but you have to run out to the doctor and you'd really like to keep researching what you are doing on your desktop. Just click on Chrome to Phone Extension button in your web browser and it instantly sends it to your android phone.
Or let's say you're looking up directions to a person's house who is going to sell you something at a great discount on craigslist. You go to Google maps plug-in the address and click on the Chrome to Phone Extension in your browser and the map is instantly sent to your phone.
And if you are a Firefox user you can also get
