Great review, Chip.
I liked your comments about going the extra distance when there's a product that really appeals to you. The discomfort of a slight financial stretch is soon forgotten when you finally land upon the perfect item.
Cheers!

Thanks.  I wasn't thrilled with my recording, and I didn't figure out how to edit on Audible in time to submit it.  So I had to just yap until I had covered all my bullet points.  Never realized how much I say "um," either!  But it was a fun experience, and I hope other participate... and try a P99!

Excellent review. You could tell how much better these gun reviews are getting. Good job, Chip/Blue Ridge.

Great review.  I love my P99.  Excellent alternative for those who just don't love glock for one reason or another (particularly if want a longer double action first shot).

Myself and 4 others did a pepsi challenge with our 9mm's.  P99, Sig 2020, Beretta PX4, Glock 17, Springfield XD, and S&W Sigma.  The P99 was the only one to score in the top 3 for accuracy among all 4 different shooters.
