Well we have just reached 1/3 of the way full this is only counting what I have in hand. I know that several of you have sent your paper work in and I will be getting it shortly.
Let me answer a few FAQ's.
I do not have a carry permit at this moment. I will be applying for a permit if I send in a copy of my driver license, with the form and the deposit can a spot still be held?
As long as you show up with the CCW you will be fine.
I would like information, regarding the Massad Ayoob Group Mag 40 May 17th May 2012?
nighthawkcustomtraining.com
How much is the class? 800.00 but 400.00 will hold your spot
I’m interested in taking the MAG-40 class May 17-20. I took the MAG-20 Classroom part a few months ago. The sign up sheet says there is a 50% discount for graduates to take the same class again. Could I do $400 for the Live Fire (never taken it) and $200 for the Classroom half? Yes you can.
What is the round count? 500 Minimum

Here is the count as of Sunday We have 17 Paid with paperwork. We have 5 who have said they are going to send in paperwork and deposit. That is 22 total the class closes at 30 paid students as per Gail (not going to lie she scares me) So if you are in great if you are on the fence I think we will be full in November. Jon

So looks like the plane i would take has a stop in Chicago (cringe). Would it be legal to have my Glock in my checked bag while transferring flights? Or would they hold it and arrest me for bringing a Glock with 4 standard capacity mags through their gun free metropolis?

Shouldn't be a problem, I had a weather induced 24 hour layover there with my pistol in checked luggage with no issues. Still made me nervous though, glad to see my bag when I got to my destination. Melski

There shouldn't be any reason for the baggage handlers while changing planes to even know there's a firearm in there. The only handlers that would know are the TSA handlers when you check in for your original flight. However, if something happens the students and instructors will take care of 'ya. See you then.

DO NOT ALLOW anyone to put any identifier in the outside of your luggage. Like Bob wrote, the only people who know you have a firearm will be the airline counter person $ the TSA person who checked your bag. The only other possibility is that you luggage is pulled for inspection & that TSA agent sees the "unloaded firearm" declaration in your bag.

True, but I can't think of any reason why TSA would pull a bag for inspection while making a connection. It's already been scanned and supposedly in a "secure zone."

I don't think they would, but sometimes you find a "TSA" inspection letter in your bag. A young lady just found one in her bag . It was an inappropriate letter about an item they found. I'm unsure where this inspection occurred, but it wasn't at the front of their operation.
