So weird... Seems like it would have jamming problems and timing issues.

It is built as a mirror gun, so it ejects to both L and R. I would be more intrigued by how it comes apart. Guess the bushings could turn opposite ways. I think there is a possibility of issues with disparate ammo in the mags. Can't tell if there are two separate mags, or one double.

There appear to be 2 triggers and one slide. So, potentially it could ignite the primers at different times--or even the differences in primers and powder burning between the two rounds could affect the timing.

I think the two triggers are to avoid the BATF trolls.
But you're right - there are potential issues with how and when this thing shoots. ?What if you only fire ONE barrel - it would eject an unfired round from the other. Trigger-sear-hammer issues would be touchy.

Guess my biggest question from a SD point of view is how reliable is it. It WOULD make a heck of a nightstand gun. IF you could count on it shooting when you pulled the trigger. And consider the slide pull weight to load the bear - worse than a Dessert Eagle I would guess.

...and perhaps a legal defense problem. Some people don't need two shots to make the threat stop.....sometimes only one is necessary.

If it fires more than one round on a single pull of the trigger, or if it can easily be made to do so the ATF will go after them.
