I have heard others use news audio in a podcast from time to time and then comment on it, and I am wondering about the legalities of this, do I need to seek permission of the news outlet before doing this or is this "fair use"? I have looked online but everything that I have found has been about music, not news. Can anyone give a synopsis of what I can do and not get in trouble, or at least point me in the direction of something that covers fair use that is not related to music?

Thanks,
Paul
