Hey bob shot a k9 today and was really impressed. Have you shot this model? i remember you talking about Kahr off and on. I am getting away from plastice guns so the all steel 9mm was great fit and finish. A lot of muzzle hop with that short barrel. We were also shooting cz 83s in .380 those are really fun to shoot, all steel gun makes shot placement too easy, zero recoil. 8 shots in the Karh would be my only downer, about same size as a 1911 cco in .45 and same amount of ammo. Oh yeah 800 bucks is way to high too! But these days nothing is cheap.

I have not shot that one.  I've shot the P9 which is the polymer version.  I think the K9 was one of their first models.  Congratulations on joining the Kahr club.  I think they are underrated pistols.  They don't do the kind of advertising that S&W and Springfield do.  But they are fine CCW pistols.

Kahr is making great quality guns. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.
