Well...  not my style. But look at the bright side. The guys wearing this can use the ladies bathroom. Thigh holsters come pretty handy with this though.

I don't see the similarity at all. The Tactical Duty Kilt is OBVIOUSLY more versatile than the Utilikilt, which appears to be a standard everyday kilt. No movable ammo pockets, no reinforced pocket corners... pretty darn useless. But the TDK, man, what a kilt!
