Congrats, Eric.  What job did you get (or you have now?) I never heard you mention that piece of the puzzle before.

FYI:

Grade equivalents are generally considered the following:

Full Colonel (O-6) = GS-15
Lt Colonel (O-5) = GS-14
Major (O-4) = GS-13
Captain (O-3) = GS-12
1Lt (O-2) = GS-11
2Lt (O-1) = GS-10

Pay varies but the general pay table before local increases can be found at: http://www.opm.gov/flsa/oca/09tables/html/gs.asp
