I am a lifelong Texan as well as lifelong hunter and shooter.  My wife, daughter (13), son (21) are also avid shooters.  We are all believe very strongly in Constitutional rights but recent political events have brought the subject "closer to home" for us of late. 

I have enjoyed the podcasts for some time and am looking forward to spending more time with you guys and gals on the forums.

Welcome, Dr. Bob!  My sister moved to Texas when my brother-in-law got out of the Air Force, and they've been working on getting me to join 'em out there.  I keep sniffing around, looking for some acreage to buy when I retire, since I know I don't want to stay in southern AZ...  They know how to talk to me, too- they keep saying Texas in the only state that can legally secede from the union!  LOL.
