Doc, I really enjoy your podcasts. I was a student living in Orlando for two years starting in 1999. Back then, Orlando was not the safest place in Florida, and from the news that I occasionally see from there, it hasn’t changed much. Like you, I am now also torn over Disney. I am taking my family there in a couple of weeks. I didn’t know about their firearms policy until recently. I think about their policy and think that they are one maniac/terrorist away from a scenario in Tom Clancy’s “Rainbow Six” novel, but that can’t happen because Disney is a “Gun Free Zone.” Keep up the good work.
good show
i would like to learn more about ballistics, mostly terminal ballistics
i have a glock 20 10mm i want to start reloading for it and want to know how to make the best loads for home defense, carry, hunting, and target/competition
i enjoyed the ballistics by the inch but i didn’t see anything for the 10mm
some mods i would like to make are, trigger work to smooth the action, custom grip reduction to get the big gun to fit my hand, 6″ barrel sith threads on the end so i can thread on a muzzle break iwould also like to put the most practical red dot sight on it i could and a light on it
I am not sure if this the show you talked about eating at Joe Theisman’s restruant or not. But my comment is about that discussion. I grew up in Maryland and now live in PA. One of the reason we moved out of Maryland was the gun laws. PA is much better than Maryland on that. I was unaware that Virginia had such different laws than they do across the river. It was nice you were sitting my someone who understood the gun laws. I thought your obversations and comments about Maryland and
Virginia were intresting, infact I repalyed that section to make sure I heard you correctly. I was at work and oly listening with half an ear at that point, but when you started talking a place I know and have been before, I had to rewind to make I did not miss it.
Thanks for all the great work you both do.
The bar room discussion is one of my favorite podcast.
